Sem2 is over^^Sem3 is coming~

Yesterday, Im having practical exam in kitchen.
alomost end of the time,im finish.
so lucky tat is ntng happen to my food....
bt my soup, i cook second time coz 1st time i saute until overcook...
den i cook 2nd time....den tat is success~~
Oral test, i guess excessor will ask bout the method of cooking bt im wrong..
they ask wat is the NUTRITION. LOL><
i din memorize bout tat....
Fortutenately, im oso PASS.
Im very happy bout tat...i can enjoy my holiday nw.

Basic Culinary Practical Exam Coming,
i gt a little afraid bout tat...
i get a menu: 

•  Prawn Cocktail (eazy lar still can accept it)
• Minerstrone ( i try at home be4 exam coming, when im cook it. Failed jor, cant success. It become a spag bolognese.) ><
• Lamb Chop ( Mine favorite food, served wit rosemary sauce accompanied wit selected vegetables & william potato.)
